Markdown in Python: 2.0.3 from PyPi fails to install from setuptools on Windows

When I run buildout I get the following output:

"c:\users\kylemac\.buildout\dlcache\dist\download" is actually Markdown-2.0.3.win32.exe but I don't know why it saves itself as a file called "download" when previous versions do not. After the first failure, renaming the left over "download" file to "Markdown-2.0.3.win32.exe" fixes it.

Hmm, I just removed Markdown and ran `easy_install markdown` on a windows box and everything worked without incident. If your using buildbot, I would suggest checking for any problems there. This would appear to be an upstream problem - not a bug with Markdown.
